Here you’ll find a number of frequently asked questions about my services and offerings. I tried to include a variety of FAQs, but if you still have questions after going through the list, please get in touch directly and I’ll answer any questions you have. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

We will love to attend you for you especial date or event, booking us is so easy, please fallow the next steps:

  • Contac us (filling the form CONTACT ME) and tell us the next information: How many people will need services, location, date and time you will need to be ready by.

  • Your email and phone number will be required to get in contact with you

  • A deposit will be required to confirm and save your spot

  • We will get back to you as soon as we can and telling you all the information you need for the booking​

  • You can also BOOK ONLINE, here in the website, I will be receiving your booking information and I will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your booking with a deposit.

  • After deposits are sent, I will be sending to your email your receipt and the contract agreement with all the details about our appointment 

HOW CAN I BE PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT WITH MONICA RAM BEAUTY?

  • Please be on time for our appointment. 

  • Please have your face & hair clean and dry, in case you requested hairstyle services. Do not use any products to leave in, like oils or conditioners

  • Please inform us previously of any allergy or special condition (eyes, skin, etc.)

DOES MONICA RAM BEAUTY OFFERS GROUP RATES?

Yes! We do! When the bride book our services for her wedding day automatically her bridesmaids, family & guests will have special group rates.

We also offer this special group rates for:

  • Bachelorette parties

  • A ladies night out, etc.


Rates vary depending the amount of people and services.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT POLICIES?

  • Deposits are required to book and confirm an appointment.

  • The deposit amount would be determinate & based on how many people will need our services.

  • Deposits are deducted from the total amount.

  • Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE, in case that the client cancel the appointment.

  • A deposit would be refunded to the client just in the case that we have to cancel the appointment (This will happens only in extreme circumstances) We never have missed an appointment.

WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT WITH MONICA RAM BEAUTY?

We understand that unexpected situations may happen that can affect your appointment, for that reason in case you need to reschedule please get in contact with us to speak about it.

We can reschedule your appointment pending on availability. Keep in mind that rates may increase and dates may already be booked. Your deposit may be transferred to the new date, but not in all the cases and not the full amount. 

If you need to cancel your appointment with us the deposit will not be refunded. Because you need to understand that we are saving that time slot to attend you and we are loosing potentially paying clients.

OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS FEE

For appointments before 7:30 am or before 6:30 pm an OUT OF BUSINESS FEE (starting at) $30+ will be applied to the balance for each artist assisting.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT IS THE PARKING AND TRAVELING FEE POLICY?

TRAVELING FEE'S:

- For appointments where Monica is the only one who is going to be attending the client (s), a traveling fee won't be charge for locations within 15 miles. Strip area is within this millage from her location.

- For appointments where more than 1 artists will be assisting to Monica a traveling fee will be added to the balance for each artist. Rates vary pending on location.

PARKING OR VALET FEE'S:

- For appointments where the locations are hotels or any other location where is needed to pay a parking or valet fee, we will need to add this fee to the final balance for each artist.

- Some hotels give us to the locals 1 to 3 hrs. as courtesy, exceeding this frame of time they charge us per parking.

Rates vary pending on hotels. 

HOW IS MONICA RAM BEAUTY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MAKEUP ARTISTS?

I love what I do and I do really care about my clients. Is not just the money you are paying me, for me is also the quality I'm offering to each and one of my clients.

I pay particularly attention to:

  • THE CUSTOMER SERVICES: I like that my clients have a great and relaxed experience with my services. Since the beginning when they contact me for information to the final makeup and hair touch.

  • MY MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES: I like to listen to you and what will make you to feel comfortable and beautiful for your special day or any other event. I use all my knowledge and years of experience to customized and designed the makeup & hair for you.

  • MY PRODUCTS: I like to use high quality products for my makeup and hairstyle services.

We offer Professional, High end and Guaranteed services 

AND THAT IS QUALITY WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES MONICA RAM BEAUTY  ACCEPT?

We are currently using 

ZELLE, VENMO, CASH APP and PAYPAL.

In case that you want or need to use PayPal as a payment method we will need to add a 6.5% to the total amount you are going to pay us.

We also receive cash!

You can pay us in cash on the day of services.
